At Shack Wellness, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic men’s wellness products and ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging or invoice

Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To request a return or replacement:

Email us at shackwellness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order ID, contact number, and a photo/video of the product showing the issue.

Our support team will review your request and arrange a pickup or replacement if approved.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway fees may be deducted as per policy.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.
To cancel an order, please email us immediately at shackwellness@gmail.com with your order details. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after confirmation.
